As the sun was shining this afternoon, I went for a walk in our local wood to see the bluebells. I took my Canon A470 and managed to forget the tripod again. I quite like the few pictures I got in macro and supermacro mode, even though it was quite windy.

A470 Super Macro Mode

Just playing with the super macro mode on my compact camera (Canon A470) just to see how close I can get with it. I would really like to do some macro shots of flowers, but I guess that will have to wait ’til spring. This is my youngest’s eye, handheld 1/50 f3.
