I was in town today and thought I would take a look at the Orange Vegas in the Orange store. I thought it was quite a dinky thing, especially in pink (they didn’t have the black version in stock). Though they wouldn’t allow me to try one first, I decided to take the plunge. I [...]

Just picked up the latest Asda Magazine and inside the back page is the news that Virgin are changing their PAYG tariff. The tarif applies to new and old customers from 1st Sept. Check asdamobile.com for details.

This may be of some use to you if you are looking for a cheap PAYG sim. IKEA continue their crawl to world domination by launching “Family Mobile”. It claims to be the cheapest UK PAYG out there at 9p per minute 6p texts (a bit iffy, that one) and 80p per mb for GPRS [...]

Mobile internet is growing fast, almost every mobile phone now offers a better browsing experience and many websites encourage visits by providing mobile versions. This growth will be reigned in by greedy mobile companies, I’m sure. My advice is to abandon the greedy ones in favour of the others. At the moment I can personally [...]
